Diesel Servicing with Inter-Ject Chemicals

Modern Engine Diesel Service,
 using effective Interject Chemicals.

  1. Get the Diesel engine up to normal operating temperature.
  2. Pour 250 mls of Inter-Ject Diesel Additive, Part No 413R, into the Fuel Tank.
  3. Remove the old Fuel Filter.
  4. Before fitting the new Fuel Filter, fill it with 250 mls of Inter-Ject Diesel Cleaner, Part No 1223.
  5. Fit onto the engine.
  6. Start the engine and let it run at idle.

For optimum engine Performance and Exhaust Emission reduction, the Inlet airflow track must be cleaned by spraying Inter-Ject Diesel Induction Cleaner, Part No 410, into the Airflow track.

For Non Turbo engine, gain access directly into the Inlet Manifold. Remove the cap off the Diesel Induction Cleaner Bottle and fit the Spray Pump provided. Slowly spray the 100 mls of Diesel Induction Cleaner into the manifold as shown in Drawing 1. It will take 15 to 20 minutes to spray 100 mls of Diesel Induction Cleaner into the Inlet manifold, with the engine at idle. The Spray Pump will emit the product in a fine mist to allow even distribution to all cylinders during the cleaning process. Fit back the parts which were remove to gain access to the manifold and take the vehicle for a short run before returning to your client.

To clean Turbo engine with Diesel Induction Cleaner, Part No 410, gain access directly into the Turbo Charger as shown in Drawing 2. Remove the cap of the Diesel Induction Cleaner Bottle and fit the Spray Pump provided. Slowly spray the 100 mls of Diesel Induction Cleaner into the Turbo inlet as shown in Drawing 2, with the engine at idle. It will take 10 to 15 minutes to spray 100 mls of Diesel Induction Cleaner into the Turbo inlet. The Spray Pump will emit the product in a fine mist to allow even distribution to all cylinders during the cleaning process. Fit back the parts which were remove to gain access to the Turbo inlet and take the vehicle for a short run before returning to your client.
